Shipping
In addition to shipping to and from Germany, we currently offer shipping to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Spain.
Shipping costs (including sales tax)
Deliveries within Germany
- Shipping is free for orders totaling €89 or more.
- For orders with a total value of less than €89, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95 per order.
International Shipping
- Shipping is free for orders totaling €89 or more.
- For orders with a total value of less than €89, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.95 per order.
Delivery times
- Germany: 3–5 days after order confirmation
- International: 3–8 days after order confirmation
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays, and new orders cannot be processed on those days.
Orders are shipped via DHL Premium.
Parking Permit
If you grant the shipping provider permission to leave the package at a designated location, delivery is at your own risk. By granting this permission, the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to you as soon as the package is left at the specified location.
Loss of shipment
You can check the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided.
If, contrary to expectations, you have not received your package after several days, please contact our customer service at support@holiko.online
Returns
Did you make a mistake when placing your order? Was a product damaged during shipping? No problem!
- Of course, you can return the products you ordered to us within 14 days.
- To do this, place the delivery slip and the products in the package and attach the return label provided.
- The return address is already printed there.
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept unopened products; we appreciate your understanding.
